Betsye Moon Park

(SHE/HER/HERS)

Betsye is Managing Partner and brings over 18 years of leadership and consulting experience across the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. She brings a proven track record of driving sustainable growth and impactful change, and her “from strategy to execution” expertise spans Human Resources, Finance, and Operations, with a unique international perspective from extensive work in the US, Southeast Asia (including 10 years in Vietnam), and major cities like Chicago and Detroit.

Throughout a diverse career, Betyse has held leadership roles with notable organizations such as Venture for America (VFA), LIN Center for Community Development, the Creative Arts Council of Wells County, Mekong Capital, and the Joffrey Ballet. Within her career, Betsye has led the creation and build-out of HR, Finance, and Operations departments, including hiring, coaching, and ongoing support of department heads. Betsye’s consulting services include comprehensive financial management, budget optimization, risk assessment, HR and Talent Management, employee engagement strategies, Board structuring, and operational efficiency enhancement.

Betsye holds a Master of Arts in Management from Columbia College Chicago, with areas of concentration in Finance, Accounting and HR. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from the University of Wyoming. She was also an adjunct professor at Columbia College Chicago, teaching Masters-level Accounting, Business Writing, and Public Speaking. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and the Asia Venture Philanthropy Network and currently resides in Metro Detroit, Michigan.

hANH HO

(SHE/HER/HERS)

Hanh is the Managing Partner for Vietnam, spearheading the development and implementation of effective recruiting strategies and best practices across the firm’s core practice areas.  With over 15 years of experience, encompassing all facets of the search process, she specializes in recruiting for leadership positions, across various functions, particularly in the banking and financial services industry.

Hanh is passionate about building lasting relationships with her clients, taking pride in her sense of ownership and responsibility to address their unique needs, which includes prominent Fortune 500 companies such as Prudential Insurance, Nokia, and Microsoft, with a strong focus on markets in Thailand, Cambodia, and Malaysia.

With an emphasis on the Vietnam market, she brings an extensive network of government and business leaders to help guide new entrants into the region, with successful partnerships at the Longfort Group, Techcombank and Sacombank.

Hanh graduated from the prestigious Foreign Trade University in Ho Chi Minh City and a earned a Master’s degree from Latrobe University in Melbourne, Australia. She is an avid traveler and a pickleball enthusiast, playing daily with her local club. Hanh resides in Ho Chi Minh City with her husband, and two children.

Johnny is a distinguished Talent and Human Resources Business Partner with a robust 20-year track record in human capital management, workforce strategy, and executive search. Renowned for delivering high-impact, cost-efficient solutions, he excels in crafting and executing comprehensive HR strategies that meet and exceed organizational expectations across diverse business functions.

He served as the Global Head of Executive Search and Human Resources for Yardstick Management, where he was responsible for leading Human Resources and the Executive Search team. Prior to joining Yardstick Management, Johnny was based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, living and working in Southeast Asia and specializing in HR and Talent Engagement for emerging markets, international conglomerates, and large companies. Some of his employers included Fortune 500 and global organizations such as Hong Leong Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Right Management, The Manpower Group, and Franklin Covey.

Johnny holds a BA in Management with a minor in Marketing from Loyola University in Chicago and currently resides in Metro Detroit, Michigan along with his wife, Betsye, and their two children, Jackson, and Lucy Mai. Besides spending time with his family, Johnny is committed to serving his community through volunteering with youth groups.

Kevin is a prominent business leader with over 35+ years of extensive experience across various global markets. His expertise covers a wide range of industry sectors, such as financial services, technology, healthcare, energy, retail, and FMCG. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Kerala and a Master’s in Management from the T.A. Pai Management Institute in Bangalore, India.

Kevin’s career is characterized by his ability to navigate complex business landscapes and provide impactful solutions for global Fortune 500 companies. His strategic foresight and hands-on approach have established him as a significant contributor to business transformation and growth across multiple sectors, on multiple continents, including the U.S., Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. In 2015, Kevin co-founded WinCom Solutions, a firm focused on change and transformation consulting. Under his leadership, WinCom Solutions received investment from the Family Office of Win Brothers in Mandalay and was subsequently acquired by Trust Venture Partners (Japan) in June 2017. As Managing Partner, Kevin was instrumental in conducting organizational and people audits for over 15 MNCs and large to medium-sized enterprise clients in Myanmar. His duties also included hiring, onboarding, and performing training needs analysis for middle managers and C-suite executives.

Outside of his professional life, Kevin enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors, and is a passionate runner who has completed five marathons. He prioritizes running or walking daily to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
